How Pricing Is Calculated

VA rates on SUPERVA are not set by bidding or negotiation. They are calculated from a transparent formula tied to verified performance.

Base Rate (by track) × Skill Multiplier × Proof Multiplier × Market Multiplier

Base Rate is determined by the VA's experience track (general admin, specialised, technical, executive). Skill Multiplier comes from assessment scores. Proof Multiplier reflects reviews and completed jobs. Market Multiplier adjusts for demand in the VA's specialisation.

This ensures clients always pay a fair rate tied to measurable quality — and VAs are rewarded for improving their skills, not for undercutting competitors.
